I wish I could score a zero!!! When breakfast included is listed as a selling point - and you plan to have breakfast at the hotel, it's incredibly disturbing with what we found. Cold coffee, no waffles, muffins, bagels, yogurt, juice, or fruit. When we asked for fresh coffee, the attendant scoffed. It's his job to make sure the guest experience is optimal! Tables and chairs were dirty, and supplies were lying around. On Saturday, all signs inform that breakfast is until 10 am, but the worker shut it down at 9, so again, we had to go to the gas station for food. When we asked the horrible man at the front desk, he became argumentative and began yelling and cussing (using the F word) with a dining area full of guests and children! He refused to provide the manager's information to resolve the situation. We booked 2 rooms with a pool view and did not get the pool view rooms (yet we paid for it). First time using this hotel for our 10th annual ski trip, and it's the very last! Do NOT stay here!!! DISGUSTING!!

Zero should be the rating. Room was comfortable but hair in the shower, microwave had no plate and was dirty, 1/2 a roll of Toilet paper. Front desk girl was nice but the man (boy) that worked in the morning was rude and didn’t care to deal with anything. Breakfast was a complete joke! Sausage was raw, food all over the counters nobody seems to care to clean it. There was either no coffee or it was cold. The first morning I witnessed a customer putting food directly on the microwave plate and scraped it off into a bowl, two days later the plate in the microwave was still not cleaned. Garbage cans full from the day before breakfast. Cans outside not emptied for at least three days. It also snowed while we were there and nobody salted the parking lot so it was a sheet of ice, lucky my little one didn’t fall. Do not recommend this place at all! We used to stay here a lot when we came skiing but will not be back. Has to be under new ownership and it’s gone downhill quick!

The place was very beautiful. The staff lied to me telling me that maintenance wasn’t at the hotel and they couldn’t clean the pool until tomorrow. I just saw maintenance before I leave the hotel, the staff lied to me and that “WAS NOT COOL”! The staff was disrespectful after I asked to have the pool clean after I found white hair and what looked like to be brown stuff at the bottom of the pool. I couldn’t tell if that’s feces or not but if that is, I’m now scared for my health cause I swim in that, I was there for a Thanksgiving party. The person who paid for the party found out that one hot tub was completely drained and the other was working, but had no heat. The pool was hotter than the tub. I consider the pool, the hot tub and the hot tub as the pool. In the party room on the ceiling, there was mold by the vents and it was so bad that I could see the mold clear as day. I would not recommend sleeping here even if you’re going to swim for a minute I still wouldn’t. Me and my family are definitely not coming back. I fear that this business keeps going the way that they are, they’re going out of business if that’s the case. I feel bad for the person who paid for the event Because I felt like she got robbed.

Rooms are disgusting. Ours was full of mold. The interior rooms face the pool, which provides two distinct benefits. 1. Screaming swimmers which sound like they are in the room with you, and 2. Since the windows facing the pool aren't sealed properly, the room is damp and smells like chlorine. We found it difficult to breathe in the room. The carpet was damp, and when we woke up to go skiing our clothes were damp. The A/Cs must be original. I travel for work and have never seen A/Cs like this. Breakfast was an absolute disaster - disgusting mess, with no one there to clean up spills, all three garbage cans overflowing, and milk jugs sitting out on the counter warm. Plus most of the areas where food was supposed to be were empty and they didnt replenish anything. We didn't have our rooms made up while we were there. I honestly don't think they have ANY staff, other than the check-in guy who sits on his phone all day. My kids were in the pool for about three minutes b/c it was so gross. One hot tub was cold, and the other had no water in it. The phones in the room don't work - like you can't call the front desk or room-to-room. And the TV also doesn't work. This hotel should not be open to the public. Again, the walls in our room were covered with black mold (see pictures below). Do not stay here. Sleep in your car if you have to. Or outside, but not here. Caveat emptor.

If I could leave zero stars it would be too many. This place is disgusting!! There was hair and what looked to be someone’s body wash splattered in the shower. Very old and dated. The breakfast was pretty much non existent. Everyone kept waiting for them to bring more eggs, bacon and hashbrowns but when the gal would bring them out, it was enough for one person only. They didn’t have any serving utensils. Everyone was just using the plastic ware to try and pick up the food. The trash cans were overflowing and the young gal that was supposed to be tending the breakfast area was just sitting in the lounge area playing on her phone. I asked for a bottle of water and was told the manager was out and would be back later on so I couldn’t get water. The management absolutely sucks. Where are they when the mornings are the busiest times? I do not recommend and I would sleep in the car before staying here again. Edit: Responding to your poor excuse as a manager, there was no snow on the ground, there was no salt on the floor from skiers, the trash was overflowing from the only two cans you had out, the phone kept ringing and ringing, there were folks in the back room that just kept looking at me as I repeatedly rang the bell. You were nowhere to be found. I was told you were out shopping. I would think as a manager you would have your shopping done before a busy weekend at breakfast time. Your hotel is disgusting, you are a very poor manager and you should seek another profession. It would be just like you to try and mask your poor ability by blaming ski season. It’s no wonder you don’t have or can’t keep help. You are the problem! I will never give you another chance. EVER!!
